Quick to rescue us with friendly service, Anytime Towing got us out of a jam while we were broken down while headed to vacation across a few states. They also towed our car back home to our state and worked hard to keep us informed of updates. Can’t thank them enough for their level of effort to satisfy us. Bless you!

My coolant house popped off my radiator going the interstate coming from Florida on the way to Tennessee. My insurance called them out to me and I got from them asking what all happened. I told them what happened and he offered to get me some coolant since I was able to get those back on he brought it to me and I was back on the road and good to go thank these guys a lot I was far from the next exit and it was 100*

Until today I did not know of such a thing as Excellent towing service…. From the time I called nothing meant more than my service needs. They were fast to respond, gentle with my vehicle and gave me a good rate.. Adam is FANTASTIC!!! He is truly a rock stars for the company. Super professional, attentive and efficient. I am thoroughly impressed with how great these guys are. I called and let them know we needed a tow. They told me to send my location right over, rates were great as well! Ended up that our car wouldn’t go into neutral so Dylan called us back to let us know it would be extra since it wouldn’t go into neutral. I guess he could hear the stress in my voice and told me to just hang tight and he would be to us shortly. 5 minutes later he pulled up and was able to get it in neutral with no problems! Where he picked the car up from, he had taken it to their shop, looked at it and talked to his boss.. called me and said they would have it fixed tomorrow!!!! This is the only car we have and I cannot express to you how much it means to find someone who is honest, kind, caring and dependable!!! I did something really stupid on my F250. Ran off the back of a semi loading doc. I mean just the front tires so it landed on the skid plate on my Tremor so no damage. Just utter and complete stupidity on my part and not paying attention. Anytime towing answered, laughed with me, and sent Matt out all within 15 minutes of me being inept at driving. Knew exactly what to do and even priced it at what my road side will reimburse me. If you need a tow in the south Birmingham and Shelby Co area call these guys. Thanks for the help guys.

So they were a little late in verbal response,however, wow, gosh, the owner called me when he could, I explained to him my truck wouldn’t start, I’m from Rochester, MN for the hospital, dealing with a major (terminal) illness, not a lot of money, please take me to honest mechanic. He called back, said one of his mechanics will come to me, hopefully get truck started. Very nice man, worked, had to go get parts, worked some more, something broke while he’s removing it, in end, with difficulty, he got the truck running & diagnosed problem. I paid him modest fee, could have cost me hundreds for tow, a shop, complications of diagnosing. Honestly, thanks so very much.
